More Data = Better Decisions?

More data sounds great, right? But having too much data can be like standing in front of an all-you-can-eat buffet: it’s overwhelming, and you’ll probably make bad choices.

Having more numbers doesn’t guarantee better insights. If the data is messy, biased, or just irrelevant, adding more of it only makes things worse. The key is not collecting more data, it’s collecting the right data.

So, don’t drown in numbers. Instead, ask: “Do I actually need all of this, or am I just hoarding spreadsheets?”
